(Emigrait) products are used by qualified companies, non-profit organizations, and government entities to identify persons interested or likely to be interested in the real estate, housing, and home lending markets. Our clients use our products to offer services through various advertising channels and to provide customers and prospective customers with better services and improved offerings. We only offer our products to companies who enter into contracts with us that govern the use of personal information we collect, process, sell and share with our clients.

The marketing and advertising products we license to clients do not include specific details about a purchase, detailed financial information, credit information, or protected health information. We do not intentionally collect personal information on anyone younger than 18. We do not collect “geo-location data” or movement data as that term is generally understood in marketing. We do not track where a person is or has been from moment to moment (i.e., device ID, latitude and longitude plus timestamp in five minute or less increments). Our products may include aggregated and deidentified data, which we commit to maintain and use in its deidentified form and not attempt to re-identify the information.
During the last year, we have sold personal information we have collected to our clients for their business and commercial purposes. More specifically, Emigrait licenses personal information to our clients for the purpose of enabling and improving their marketing and advertising campaigns of identifying potentially interested consumers in the real estate and home lending markets. During the last year, we have disclosed personal information to service providers and contractors (e.g., cloud computing and storage vendors; security contractors, and consultants), for our own operational business purposes.

For example, we secure your personally identifiable information on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Although information we collect is secured in a manner reasonable under the circumstances, Emigrait cannot guarantee the security of personal information.

When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top and bottom of the Privacy Statement and take such additional steps as may be required by law.
